Here at the Bell, all of our food is freshly prepared by our chef and only only the finest ingredients are used.
Our sides of beef are purchased from Scotland and 'hung' in our fridge for minimum of 21-days before being butchered on the premises.
Hence our Ribeyes, Sirloins, Club and T Bones are served 'on the bone'!
